    Glendale 51st Ave Fire, Water, & Sewer Improvements

    Delivered critical infrastructure enhancements to improve safety and utility function for a growing industrial area in West Phoenix. Unique challenges were present as this land was once used for agriculture.


  1. Project Overview: This $1.5 million project involved upgrading fire safety, water, and sewer utilities at an industrial site to meet the updated site configuration.
  2. Scope of Work: The project required excavation, trenching, pipe placement, and connecting utilities across both public and private areas, ensuring compliance and minimal disruption.
  3. Value to Future Projects: Compass Advisory possesses immense ability to manage complex utility improvements efficiently while maintaining safety and regulatory standards.
  4. Groundwater Treatment Plants Design-Build Program

    Project controls using document control software and other digital technology to manage a $125M project focused on increasing water quality and availability from 9 groundwater wells, providing essential insights into large-scale water infrastructure challenges.


  5. Project Overview: This $125 million design-build program aimed to implement treatment solutions for groundwater contamination due to PFAS chemicals.
  6. Scope of Work: The project involved the construction of large-scale ion-exchange treatment systems at multiple locations to restore service to affected wells, enhancing water quality and availability for the community.
  7. Value to Future Projects: This experience sharpened the ability to manage large-scale infrastructure improvements with complex regulatory and environmental considerations, ensuring timely project delivery and compliance with safety standards.

  8. Major Remodel Multi-Site Management

    Provided extensive program and project management  through the oversight of multi-site commercial remodels across two regions - the Rocky Mountain Region and Pacific Northwest.  Program management of a national grocery ADA upgrade program was provided across 278 sites in one year.


  9. Project Overview: Managed multi-site projects, ranging from $500k to $4 million, to remodel and rebuild commercial properties. Managed multi-site ADA projects across the nation, in batches of 20 sites each ranging from $600k to $1.4M in value.
  10. Scope of Work: Oversaw all aspects from kick-off to completion, including coordinating teams, managing budgets, and ensuring timely delivery across multiple geographic locations.
  11. Value to Future Projects: This experience honed expertise in managing concurrent construction projects, optimizing workflows, and ensuring operational continuity during major remodels. Program trackers were a key ingredient to success.
